1% for the Planet. 100% for the people.
This is the vision of Patagonia's founder, Yvon Chouinard. We hold a lot of respect for Patagonia and we follow in their footsteps as they dedicate their efforts towards conservation.
1% means one percent of a business' total sales. This doesn't just mean that businesses are giving a part of their profit (after they've already paid off any expenses they want to declare), it's a wholehearted commitment that puts our environment as a priority when we do business.

The 1% for the Planet initiative partners with nonprofits around the world to protect and restore our natural environment. Businesses pledge to donate 1% of their total sales and are able to choose between any of these nonprofit partners to give that money to. Over the past 20 years, over $250 million has been donated.
Morada joins more than 3000 other businesses as we pledge our commitment giving 1% of our sales to these nonprofits.
